[SOLVED] Unable to send messages via Facebook Chat
 

for last 2 weeks my n900 doesnt receive facebook chat messages... im still able to send them tough...

skype profile works fine...

standard restarting and things like that didnt help...

any ideas?



n900 has latest stable CSSU...

you HAVE to use your user name as... "blablabla@facebook.com" not with the mail @hotmail o any that you use to open in a pc...

If you want to know what's your facebook user go to your page (In a PC), nearby home, there is an arrow, click there and go to account settings, in the third row you have email, you have there your user name @facebook, then go to your acounts in your phones a put it like that... I hope you could understand me... bye!

I have same problem with my N9 so it might be problem in facebook not in phone.

no its not i guess, i think i just need to reinstall dependencies of this chat application. does anyboody know? please tell.

Windows phone have also problems with chat. I tried logging in and out, didn't work, a reboot worked, but I think that this is a Facebook problem, not a device problem.

Actually i think that i have messed with some .conf files etc, i forgot where those files are now, i cnt even remember its names. plz help me, with jabber setup its perfectly working btw
