Yes, apps.formeego.org is not giving an error any more, but it is not OK.

There is no view of the applications under testing and review.

In the application in my N950 and N9 the set of applications shown are different than then ones in the web page. Some are from testing but some stable ones are not even shown.

What's going on? :(

Nokia is in the process of shutting it down. If anything pops up that you want, I suggest you save it yourself rather than relying upon it being available in the future at that site.

Nokia has been funding it and are killing it because they are now focused on Windows phones. The website is not associated with the Linux Foundation - the footer you mention is a disclaimer meant to acknowledge the trademark rights.
