Need 2go app for n900
 

Hello forum, is there any means that i can be able to install 2go app on my n900.............. somebody please tell me if i can.

Phoneme has the 2go java version built in. Works perfect. Above for explanation.

This is the website with the standard java applications and the actual deb. Install them both.

thanks buddy,
i have downloaded the 2packages "cvm_maemo-mr2.b168+svn20547-20120818_armel.deb" and "cvm-midlets_0.6_armel.deb"
downloaded from my pc &transferred to to phone, but the cvm_maemo-mr2.b168+svn20547-20120818_armel.deb does not install ...... gives error "application package missing: unzip" i dunno what dis is pls...
hope you tell me what to do

You will need to enable devel repository, update application catalogue and then
apt-get install unzip

or you can use FAM

After this do a apt-get -f install or manually install PhoneMe debs

Not sure which one you needed from the repos. But if MetalGearSolid is right you need the devel repos.

If you need to enable Extras-devel. Please DO NOT update any of your other applications. This might make your device unstable and you will need a reflash then. Only install the .deb from Phoneme after that remove the Extras-Devel from your phone.

thanks bro, Now i just download a previous version "cvm_maemo-mr2.b168+svn20547-20120523_armel" and this installed.
now i can see icons for 2go, opera mini, nimbuzz &etc on my phone, and it worked

i downloaded the files boss installed em and then restarted the phone.. the icons did show but the app cant start up... the 2go, yapari and nimbus.. plz what shld i do
