Manually updating calendar using EWS
 

Hi there. I think I've got most of the ideas around how to synch my N900 with my company's Exchange 2010 server worked out.

i am planning to call EWS (probably using a combination of curl and python). it's not terribly difficult.

i sync using ActiveSync but on the N900, the calendar does not capture a lot of Exchange calendar information such as attendee list, optional and required attendees, attachments, etc.

my plan is
1. download the missing information from Exchange using EWS
2. update the information into the n900 calendar data in the Notes field. not ideal but it's better than nothing.

and if i don't do that, my only other option is to build a whole new calendar app. too much work and too much time, something i'm not willing to spend atm.

so my question is: how to correlate a particular calendar entry extracted via EWS to the N900 calendar entry. is there an ID or GUID that the n900 calendar has which I can use to correlate with Exchange?
