OGV support on N900
 

Hello,

Just I downloaded the 480p Trailer as OGV file from the following side:

I`ve installed the package ogg-support and the additonal video codecs.

Never the less I can`t play all of testet OGV files.
I`ve tried with additional player but there is no also no way.

For OGG music file I`ve no problems.

I`m following this thread http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php...ht=ogv+support but the result is the same.

For me is in this thread no solution to realize.
I`m don`t play my files on the console - this is no way !

Do you have a solution ?

Select the npp player in kmplayer. It can play OGV files rather well.

Any Idea how to play VOB format in stock mediaplayer. extra codecs already installed but not working.

sorry for my delay.

In the moment I can`t install the package kmplayer.

The following repositories are not available:

http://repository.maemo.org/extras and I think this is the problem when I try to install the package.

Do you know what is the reason for this ?

I read the message here in maemo.org about the server transfer.
Is there a link ?

Also there was not possble in the last few days to write thread in maemo.org Talk. There was a problem with the Image verification.

Hello,

I`ve installed the KMplayer and I can`t play the OGV file.

The error message is the same.

Any other ideas ?
