And until today... its not much more than a lock screen, some webapps .. and some android ****

Gotta give Mozilla their dues... When you consider all of the other would-be competitors out there with their whacky funding projects and marketting efforts, the Mozilla foundation have managed to get their OS developed, put it on a device by a reputable manufacturer and sell it at a very pleasing price that suits everyone without any fanfared blow-hard promises. And well before all others too.

Bravo!

I should really try this on the Raspberry Pi and give the updated b2g image a blast.

Does it have QT? Answer: no

Does it run full linux os? Aswer: no

Is it a smartphone is? Answer: no

Is it near Harmattan OS? Answer: definitivly not

Is it for kids who only want facebook and twitter and cloudstuff only? Answer : yes

You do realize this thread was started back in January, right? I think the main Firefox thread was started in April.
