can't upgrade rtcom-messaging-ui-portrait

Hi to all the last two days when I launch in X-term the apt-get update and then apt-get upgrade I receive every time that rtcom-messaging-ui-portrait have to be upgraded... but nothing happens and them the next time again I recevive that rtcom-messaging-ui-portrait have to be upgraded... here is the text

dpkg --configure -a

dpkg --force-remove-reinstreq --force-depends rtcom-messaging-ui-portrait

apt-get install -f

apt-get install rtcom-messaging-ui-portrait

dpkg --configure -a

The last two commands may be unnecessary, but should do no harm.
Please post the complete output here, if errors occur in even one of the commands.

dpkg --force... I receive

Type dpkg --help for help about installing and deinstalling packages[*];
Use `dselect' or `aptitude' for user-friendly package management;
Type dpkg -Dhelp for a list of dpkg debug flag values;
Type dpkg --force-help for a list of forcing options;
Type dpkg-deb --help for help about manipulating *.deb files;
Type dpkg --license for copyright license and lack of warranty (GNU GPL)[*].

Options marked[*] produce a lot of output - pipe it through `less' or `more' !

no probs...

unistalled... installed... and got the same "error" everytime it says there is rtcom to upgrade...
