Noob to Terminal

im very new to terminal, can someone teach me how to creat a script & execute a script in terminal. I try to create a script & execute it for ProfileMatic 4% battery fix, there is a tutorial but i cant seem to understand how to do it. Someone please help me, i really appreciated =)

Sleep 10, stop BME, sleep 10, start BME. The first sleep 10 can be avoided but it depends on your own personal testing... First post of profilematic thread explains it...
