Problem flashing N9

I have an n9 which I want to reflash.
It works properly with PR 1.3 but it has open mode and inception and I want to reflash in order to make the device like new - out of the box.

When ever I try to flash (Windows or Ubuntu) I get this error :

Code:

Read the error message and do what the error message instructed you to do. Append "--no-preserve" in the flasher commandline.

Re: Problem flashing N9

Out of factory new you do:

sudo flasher --erase-user-data=secure --no-preserve -f -F main.bin -F emmc.bin -R
