LINE for N9?

as line has a new version compatible with Nokia Asha devices, would it be possible to port it unofficialy?

I don't have any coding experience, I'm just asking if someone knows if it can be done

Porting requires you to have sources, and as its propriatary closed source application, then no you cannot 'port' it.
