How can I contact somebody who does not accept PM's?
 
An user sent me PM and asked some questions, but when I try to reply I get an error message;

Is there some limit on the forum that users who have not posted anything cannot be contacted via PM ?

Even those with 0 posts can receive PMs but if they have disabled receiving PMs there is nothing much you can do ;)

Why not go public with the name here in this thread an he/she might read it an enable pm.

Something like:

"if you are the guy with disabled pm. Enable it ASAP since xxx is in the process of sending pm to you"
