In this video, at 1:37, he pulls down anywhere on the screen, and it opens the pulley-menu. The question / idea: Dragging from an object, brings up that specific objects contextual pulley menu. Eg, Pulling down on a contacts number, your choices are: Call Sms Change number Delete Clearly angling for the death of buttons, haha, but does anybody else feel this would be an amazing addition? |
Re: UI Question/suggestion

What is this quick dial?
*shameless bump* |
Re: UI Question/suggestion
I wonder how the pulley menu works when you have an app open which needs scrolling. Are there any videos so far show this?

I would love to see toggles at the top of the feed screen, maybe show the same one from the setting ?

I think I meant for option to pick max 10 contacts as favourites. Then in pulley menu, in contacts app, to have option (something like) "favourites", where those 10 will bee shown for quick access... |
Somewhere along the UX guideline at SailfishOS.org, I think they talked about alternative ways to access the pulley menu besides the pull action. It can be access via a flick gesture and it will open the pulley menu like normal menu system for u to press.
But I could be mistaken |
