Hey guys,

i'm having a weird problem!

all my messages are gone and i cannot send text messages either!

some help please!

Reboot your phone and wait a minute or two they should be back...

Usually a reboot fixes the issue, as thedead1440 mentioned. Just had that exact same thing you mentioned happen to me a few days ago. After rebooting, everything's back and functioning again.

For me helped when I reinstall messaging.
So in terminal do this:

password:default is rootme
apt-get install --reinstall messaging-ui

I had something similar happen to me, including not being able to read new SMS's on my N9. However when I connected to N9 using Nokia Suite I could read & send messages just fine from my PC (though still not on the N9).

The solution that worked for me was to back up my contacts, etc. then reset "Tracker". Afterwards it all started working again.

tracker reset did it!

weird though, my n9 was never that unreliable!
I also experience app crashes sometimes.
Wonder if this hast something to do with PowerPack or FasterN9
