update problem
 

Under application manager, I show two updates. One is for fmradio and the other for mnotify. When I go to update, I get a message saying: some application packages required for the update are missing. Can someone tell me how to correct this problem? The note says something about application package libxml2 is missing. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for the help.

Do you have the Maemo repositories added to Application Manager? I believe that library comes from there.

I was not aware that I had an older firmware version. I updated the firmware and that seems to have solved the problem. I guess I should have checked the firmware before posting a message here. Thanks for the help.
