Javascript Confirmation

Using MicroB on n800, and have started getting a "Javascript Confirmation" window saying information will be sent over unencrypted connection, even when using http rsther than https. Happens on all js forms. Just n irritant, but anyone know how to turn it off?

I'll confirm this on my n800/os2008 as well. Seems like it just started today...3 days since I started using '08.

Re: Javascript Confirmation

yeah...it is really just a security feature, but it needs a "don't ask again" checkbox for the user to disable it.

I started seeing this today. Is there a way to stop it yet?

I'm getting this "Javascript Confirmation" pop-up (warning about sending unencrypted messages over the internet) all the time again. Has anyone figured out yet how to disable it? C'mon, qwerty12, this looks like your kind of challenge!

I usually see this dialog box after having closed the previous browser process due to the dreaded "Browser not responding".

When I launch the browser again, it now has that dialog poping up on certain pages until I reboot my N800.

I think I once got rid of it by removing the browser settings in /home/user/.mozilla/, and maybe /home/user/.browser as well
