Pandora gaming device
The Pandora computer resembles a Nokia N810 on steroids:
http://boards.openpandora.org/page/homepage.html It looks promising as a replacement for the Nokia N810 but is expensive, currently $609 in the United States. |
Re: Pandora gaming device
There might be a trademark conflict between the Pandora handheld computer and the Pandora music service.

Re: Pandora gaming device
I remember reading about the Pandora when it was a concept on the Zaurus user's web site. There seems to have been no discussion about the Pandora on this web site, so I mentioned it here. The Pandora didn't actually become widely available until the past two years, according to the Pandora web site.

Re: Pandora gaming device
So, you define two years as, "many," years?
I haven't posted here in a while, because I didn't have much to say. I originally owned a Nokia N800 and recently purchased a new Nokia N810 from eBay for $60. Even though the N810 had a dead battery, it was a good deal. I did a search for the word, "Pandora," on this web site and found no matches prior to starting this thread. Since this section of the web site is for discussing competitors to the Nokia devices, this is the appropriate place to discuss a competitor like the Pandora. |
Re: Pandora gaming device
Two years is many years in terms of technology.
Especially consumer electronics, where 9 months is the norm. Popular to disbelief, the OpenPandora will ship in Two Months. Have Fatih. |
