If someone wants Lumia for cheap buy this. Then install stuff that you shouldnt or something and go to Nokia Care claim your Lumia. :p

Yeah, there are many places. Look it up on google shopping set to your region or try ebay. Second hand ones are selling pretty cheap now, same with new ones. Its what happens when a great phone gets underrated ;)
