Hey guys I Can see somethings on my n9 on resource monitor using allot of cpu. Any Ideas?

It shows it as the message server below.. if you haven't restarted your device since the issue, you should probably do that.

Side note: linux usually utilizes all available performance for tasks (to increase speed), so it might just be a short lived thing. Or quite possibly just a bug with online accounts if you have them synced up.
