N9 contacts keeps crashing
 

Hello,
I'm having a serious problem with contacts on my N9: contacts application keeps crashing and I'm unable to open it.
Or, better, it opens, it starts loading contacts but when it comes to loading one of the last contact, it crashes.

The first crash happened when I tried to delete a duplicate contact (quite at the end of the contacts list) and since then I'm no more able to load contacts.

I think that the db containing contatcs it is somehow corrupted but:
1) I don't know how to understand which is the real problem (error messages from console?)
2) I don't know where the contacts DB is located (I tried to "ls /home/user/.cache/tracker" as root but the answer is "permission denied")
3) I don't know how to recover a damaged db (sqlite if I'm not wrong)

You could try remove the cache file. IIRC this is in /home/user/.contacts/tracker (or something along those lines).

That will force it to load from the database from scratch.

I dont' knwo what's wrong but I cannot do anything inside this folder:
In terminal:

devel-su (rootme password)
cd /home/user/.contacts/
mv tracker tracker.backup
ERROR: permission denied

What's wrong?

You need escalated privs so either use opensh, ariadnesh or sudo by coderus...

It is not enough to become root with devel-su?

Nope devel-su root doesn't have all privs on Harmattan...

Do you mean I need to follow these (http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=90638) instructions and install opensudo?
