I guess these notes were only for the 450 launch day event preorders but If I dont get one I'll just write one, myself, from @cybette about how much she fancies me and pretend I got it in the box.

Mine was from Tomi (Pienimäki). I got to say "thank you" back to him. =) I really liked the notes as well.

Yep it's a great touch. I also believe there are 'thank you videos' on the device as part of the limited edition other half content, is that right?

Yes the video was there, not sure if it was part of the OT content, the ring tone is fun too!
