The phone does not stop complaining about the Store not working after copying these files.

The package is called ambience-snow-white. Respectively ambience-the-first-one for the red LOH.

I try pkcon install these 2 package in my Jolla, it said cant found

In a usual .RPM-based distro, it would be possible to rebuild those packages by simply running
but it looks like the rpm on Jolla is built without '--repackage' support.
I can see why (to prevent piracy), however, we should be able to build rpm from source.

EDIT: I was wrong - this option has been removed from upstream since version 4.6.
