[Hildon Foundation] Leaving the Board
 

Given changes in my current health, the working relationship with key persons involved in this operation, and that I am unwilling to subject myself to potential liability:

Effective immediately I, Craig Woodward, hereby RESIGN from the Board of Hildon Foundation.

I feel it is in the best interest of the community to be aware of this, and encourage them to discuss this matter with Council, who have been included in on the discussions leading up to my resignation. I am still in communication with the remaining four Board members and Council, and am working with them to transfer all documentation, information, materials to them. I have also prepared a full report/briefing on all outstanding actions and information I have on those topics. I wish them well in their future endeavors, and as always will work with Council and/or Board members as best I legally can to help further the community and it's interests.


In any regard, I do not wish to address this topic publicly or privately beyond this posting, and will likely be disabling my account(s) relating to all Maemo activity over the next 48 hours, including TMO and Maemo.org accounts.

I wanted to thank you all for your support over the years, and am saddened that I could not be of more service than I have been to the community.
