bootloader locking?????
 

I am about to buy my first andriod smart phone. The only other two smartphones i have owned was the N900 & N9.

I was about to get that sony xperia z1s t-mobile exclusive but then i found out that the bootloader unlocking not allowed :(

T-moblile no longer subsidizes phones so I do not see why they are doing this?
