Harmattan sdk

Yesterday I wanted trying programming for MeeGo, but it seems that all links connected with developing on Harmattan at nokia web-sites are now dead.
I managed to view installation instructions from google cache, but that's all (cannot download Qt SDK for windows). Would be cool if somebody could make the mirror or sth like this.
