yes it's me talking about nothing again
Well I just did a whole lot of reading and funny thing there’s a group of people who by some odd reason plans to hate and will make sure a devise never get the respect it needs, The devise is called the e90 the only thing that I seem to read about is that it’s not perfect it’s just a n95 with a keyboard, but I’m fine with that how bad can that be? It’s not hard to tell I’m fairly new to the tech world but what’s all the hype about with the Psion? If it was really that good why did they stop making it? And who where the user’s?? Someone tell me did it have a media function I don’t think video play work as well as it do today no matter what your lively hood is I’m sure we all play music play games surf the web ect… (From time to time) What did the Psion have other than a better keyboard, I think the Psion was timeless piece but let’s move forward after all the what the iphone proves that sky is no limited to where technology is going, 2002 was the birth of the pda/smartphones giants from everywhere I had an 9500 for a few months did I like it yes! Will I buy it today no! Am I looking to fill the gap by buying the e90 yes! Will I it do the job maybe? lets face it the facts pro’s and con’s will always be I just hope it comes to the USA. And I hope Nokia don’t do that bullsh_t with the n95 than launch the USA version after I sent $767 ‘I hate Nokia marketing team’

Isn't the Nokia E90 available in the US already? You can already find it in Amazon:

I am sure people don't 'plan to hate', they just don't like it! But if you want what it does then it is obviously ok for you, regardless what other people say. We all want different things Quote:

Re: yes it's me talking about nothing again
Looks to me like someone's been reading The Register.
Andrew Orlowski over there hates the E90 and detests Nokia's S60 platform so much that I tend to disregard his opinion on the matter. Every single article he's written about Nokia's new phones slams them because they aren't using the same technology/GUI from 10 years ago that "he" found successfully worked for him. |
Re: yes it's me talking about nothing again
The full series of communicators (9000, 9110, 9210 and 9500) has
been my precious companion both in work and in my free time and my journeys. I have *used* them thoroughly, and I still own them all. The first two geos machines had much better mechanics than the symbian ones, which both got broken in their damned hinges. I repaired those hinges myself, with dremel and glue, and the screen buttons with biadesive tape, and kept using them until they passed away. Now I've got an e90 and, boy! It's been a shock! A lot of things got changed in the user interface and it is like being teleported in a parallel universe where things get done in a completely different way, and Pi is four point five, and humans have only thumbs, no fingers, and no need to copy'n'paste from web pages... So please be patient with us, good ol' series 80 boys! When carrying those bricks with us, we felt on the bleeding edge; now the E90 doesn't give me that kick any more, even if it's a good smartphone for sure. Now the bleeding edge is in the IT world imho, and I would *love* an E90 with a N800 interface.interface. |
