Request: simple native recorder for Sailfish OS
 

Hi there!

My first thread here, hopefully it's ok to post request. If I had the ability I would gladly code this myself....but I've only studied two basic courses of java so those won't help.

I'd love to see someone develop a basic native (voice) recorder for Jolla / Sailfish OS with maybe these features:

-simple layout, with fewest of buttons/options etc.
-simple meter showing level
-mp3/wav format
-icon view would allow pause/record and stop

I had one for N9 but now it seems no one hasn't done this yet for Sailfish.

I know some would like a call-recorder also but my point for this is to save speeches / song ideas / various sounds when I'm outside. I guess call recorder could be implemented quite easily inside this?

If someone has one in the works please let me know....otherwise: anyone up for the task? THANKS! =)
