Error instaling cuteTube
 
Today i try to install cuteTube via FAM and granted with error, output fron Xterm

removed application, but error is still here, with same output.
How to fix this :)

This is the root of your problem. Where did the libavutil49 package come from?

Worked out.
Manualy created folders in /usr/share/doc/ and everything is okay now

I have spare time for details now...
First I create folder /usr/share/doc/libavutil49 and then Xterm ask for /usr/share/doc/libavcodec52 and step by step, folder by folder everything is okay and running.

This sounds messy.

The actual question is why the package has a postinst script for subsequent optification instead of installing the files in the correct pathes in the first place.
But I guess that's just another example of Maemo's regular dependency hell.

guys anyone can point me to a location i can download libavcodec-extra-52 libavformat-extra-52 libavdevice-extra-52 debs from ? i'm having trouble installing cutetube too, ffmpeg dependencies issues. i can't find these packages in the repos :/

apt-get install libavcodec52 libavformat52 libavdevice52
dpkg --configure -a
apt-get install -f
This should provide the dependencies for ffmpeg.

thanks ! apparently I was looking for the wrong missing dependencies :D .. I already had libavcodec52 libavformat52 libavdevice52 debs but when i was trying to dpkg -i them it asked for libavcodec-extra-52 libavformat-extra-52 libavdevice-extra-52. instead, I should've looked for libspeex1 which was missing... installed and working good :)
