N9 Touch screen not responding
 

My old screen failed, so I brought a new one and installed it, it worked excellently for a while until I decided to change the casing as the old one had a few cracks. I opened up the phone only to find that I couldn't change the casing since a couple of the screws where stripped. Upon reinstalling the display touch screen was not working. Everything else works fine, but there seems to be no way to make touch work.

I can't disconnect the battery since it's below stripped screws. Relfashing didn't make any difference, it is stuck on the first setup screen now. What can I do?
