After some research, PS3 controller works now with N64 emulator.
Just need to be configured.

I configure N950 Keyboard with Mupen64plus to:

-Save state (S letter)
-Load state (L letter)
-Pause emulation (P letter)
-Mute/Unmute (M letter)
-Stop emulation (Q letter)
