When i connect my ps3 in bt mode with my terminal it doesn't work in mastergear emu for exemple.
How can i do?

you may want to check out using emumaster. it has a sixaxis program that does it nicely, and it Just Works. you could grab that code and stick it in, or perhaps run it in the background at the same time or something.

i dunno anything about this really, though, so this advice may or may not be useless.
