My Jolla won't turn on
 

Bought it about 3 months ago, started getting random battery disconnects about 2 weeks back. After the most recent one, it won't turn on at all. Any help?

Charge the battery externally using something like this...

I don't know if that particular model works but I've rescued phones that won't charge with an external battery charger like this.

Clean the contacts on your Jolla and battery when charged.

Get an external charger in order to charge the battery.

Fixed it. The battery wasn't dead at all, but one of the connecting pins is clearly more 'pushed in' than the others. I teased it back out, put the battery in, and voilà! Thanks!

Not relevant any more then but I'd just like to second nieldk's review. It was actually that review that made invest in one of those beasts and I never regreted it either. Its movable pins make it work with any battery and it even auto-detects the polarity. I found it so useful that nowadays I no longer bother with three different chargers for all our family cameras, phones etc when we go on holiday. I just pack this thingy.
