maemo.org - Talk - [Solved] pkgmgr - can't refresh package cache

So, I have installed N9RepoMirror and still can't install developer mode which causes me to not have filled dependencies for some packages. I installed mg-terminal and checked what is wrong.
When I used

Code:

apt-get -s install developer-mode

the package has simulated install and it worked, but as I said it was similulation and didn't worked without developer mode.
While

Code:

pkgmgr install -p developer-mode

tries to download package from old links, which don't work, so I can't install dev-mod and

Code:

pkgmgr refresh-cache

Asks me for flags, and sometimes after some time(it may not even start the check), says that some parts of the cache couldn't be refreshed.
The exact error is

Error: Some parts of the cache could not be refreshed

EDIT: Found a way, the way is to flash image, so the OS would be at fresh state.
