Time and date setting corrupted. Need help, please...

I opened similar post on TJC (https://together.jolla.com/question/...ted-need-help/), but no answers there.. Maybe here someone can help me...
Yesterday I noticed that this "Time and date" setting corrupted and I can't activate auto update or change anything in this setting (see screenshot)
I already unapplied all patches, restarted lipstick, rebooted phone and reinstalled all this packages:

sailfish-components-timezone-qt5

jolla-settings

jolla-settings-sailfishos

nemo-qml-plugin-systemsettings

timed-qt5-tools

timed-qt5

time

jolla-settings-system

And many other system packages...
But setting still the same...

In the last few days I played a little bit with timedclient-qt5 (https://together.jolla.com/question/...mand-or-timer/)
And maybe this is cause to the problem...
I also tried to reset it, but get this error:

Now also Jolla clock app is affected, all alarms removed and I can't set new, nothing...
Already tried to uninstall and reinstall jolla-clock package but still without result...

Someone know what the problem and how I can fix it without "Reset device" ?
Maybe I need to reinstall something else ? Or somehow correctly reset "timedclient-qt5"

EDIT:
At the end I completele screwed up my phone and did "Reset device". But I stil want to now if it possible to fix it without Reset device.
And DON'T play with "timedclient-qt5" if you don't know what you do! :D

What about the actual 'jolla-clock' package, I didn't see that in your list, not sure if it will help either.
