Looking for someone who can help me figure out the microb-engine build system
 

I need someone who can help me trawl through the mess that is the microb-engine build system and figure out how to get the nss tools (that is, the stuff in security/nss/cmd) building as part of the microb-engine build process. The manifest.mn file in the nss folder has "cmd" listed under "DIRS" so I dont see why it isn't compiling them.

Can anyone help me out?
I tried to find someone out there in the Mozilla community who knows about this stuff but finding anyone who understands NSS or the Mozilla build system (especially for a version as old as we have) is impossible.
