Sticky keys in keyPressEvent
 

The problem is that when I reimplement keyPressEvent in QWidget based class (phoneme) sticky keys doesn't works. 'a' is 'a' regardless of whether I earlier pressed shift or not. Pressing simultaneously Shift key + sign works but of course it's not comfortable. Any advice or workarounds?
