[Announce] Simpler Brightness Applet
 

I did a variation of qwerty12's "simple brightness applet" with different operation:

- short tap toggles "keep backlight on"
- long tap opens display settings

It doesn't overwrite the original app.

Just uploaded it to extras-devel.
