It didn't look new, had scratches on on the metal in the back and lots of adhesive residue. I guess it had been removed from an other n9.

It also had the Nokia logo in the display which the ebay ad does not show.

The reason I needed one is that I the cable that attached the screen to the main board while I was looking to see what was wrong with the loud speaker after i dropped the phone. The cable from the main board to the speaker had snapped in the fall.

I only use the n9 for the Mahjong game and can live with using a bluetooth speaker or headphones.
