OwnNotes segmentation fault with SFOS 2.1

I am not the owner of the code, tried to re-compile OwnNotes with the latest SDK (equals SFOS 2.1) but it gives a segmentation fault which was introduced with Sailfishos 2.1, see also package of mazimmer on openrepos.net https://openrepos.net/content/mazimmer/ownnotes and source code to be found here https://github.com/mazimmer/ownNotes
