Yeah, I was so frustrated with my Blackberry Curve 8310 that I gave up and got a Samsung SGH-D807 (I have Cingular/AT&T). The samsung tethered right away. I wasted so much time with the damn...

I just wanted to report that this info worked great for me with a N810 and Samsung SGH-D807 phone.

I tried to get tethering to work for MANY hours on a RIM Blackberry Curve 8310 with 4.2.2...
