I am using the debug kernel, zImage-nitdroid-2.6.28_n8x0-5_debug, and the latest 0.4.3 rootfs.
It hangs there with some messages:

I solved the problem by changing managed=true from false in /etc/NetworkManager/nm-system-settings.conf.

I have new problems with wireless and keyboard/mouse now.
1. The wireless doesn't work. The menu of network manager says "device not managed"
2. Mouse is hard to use. My English is poor and I don't...

yes. mer install -> install bootmenu -> add ubuntu.item -> refresh_bootmenu.d.

I installed the sys-evn-x, made a ubuntu.item, reinstalled initfs, and rebooted it.
I selected the second menu item and the screen displayed "starting linuxrc from .....", and then the device...
