I believe this issue is caused by improper usb umounting, at least on my device. For those with dupes, as 'user', try running "tracker-processes -r" via command line then reboot.

I hear it. I have no problem with espeak, in fact, speech is working when I use cmdline as the speech type. It is when I use the speech.xml includes I get the syntax error:

Yes. I have speech working with the speech type entry directly in navit.xml (the include method gives me a syntax error).

I updated via apt-get but it still shows 'Version: 1.2009.42-11.002' on 'About product' under Settings. I compared a few package using this...
