I tried again and it works now. I had to use Magisk 16.7 explicitly (not the newest version).
But still no differences in functionality.

Edit: Screencast still won't start.

I have tried that by downgrading to 50.1.A.10.40 and used xperifix 3.1 but I cannot confirm any changes.
DRM Info still shows DRM L3 unprotected instead of L1 like before unlocking the bootloader...

Go to https://developer.sony.com/develop/open-devices/get-started/unlock-bootloader/
-select device -Xperia XA2-
-enter IMEI
-check the two acknowledge boxes

It turned out I had two adaption repos enabled (adaption0 and adaption1) on my Jolla 1 pointing to the same url and failed updating with
"Error: cannot install...

They aren't.
The suggestion was to set *31# and #31# as speeddials to enable/disable calling line restriction.

I thought there is no speed dial at all, only holding 1 on dial pad works (if voicemail is set) but no option to configure any of the other numbers afaik. Please correct me if I'm...

Just install Aliendalvik Superuser from Warehouse.
Inside Superuser app go to preferences - Multi-User Mode and set it to -User-controlled-. Also set 'Automatic Response' to -allow- and you are set....

Ok, I finally managed to get libgpg and found out that ssu re is already set to 2.0.2.48.

'zypper update' now only wants to update another 6 packages which I cannot download:
as-daemon...
