Solved!l after trying everything and a few reboots, i did

sudo gainroot
apt-get remove livabutil49
apt-get autoclean

and solved it.
I don't get why i couldn't do this before, when i tried it...

first: actually i did, so do i leave it like that?
second: did -f install before, still the same problem.. and i can't upgrade because of this same poblem

when i open xterm throws this:

BusyBox v1.10.2 (Debian 3:1.10.2.legal-1osso30+0m5) built-in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for a list of built-in...
