Maybe the client does something like checking status or whatever from time to time..and when it does it simple gets disconnected!. So that's prolly why some of us are taking longer to get disc

Yup, same problem here! Others numbers work allright but it seems to be a problem with a currently used number..maybe the wazapp cannot handle the answer the server gives. It works on official...

I was asked by the app to re-register as some other people here, it completly screwed the APP, there's no human way to register again nothing works (bluestacks, android tablet, etc) only way for me...

Have to try as non-root, if it works keep going till you find a problem. After that try as root.

Might be, but I don't think a ping check will cause the longer load times and heavier use of resources.

Also I've noted that the newer versions seem to consume far more resources that the former ones. Ram seems to be far more used up since I upgraded.
Perhaps it's due to the new UI?

Here too, happens when automatically switching from wi fi to any data be it 2g or 3g. It's always happened since the first version.
