Well sofar i have installed
firefox and it works much better to view my webcam ..
AMSN WORKS great even docks icon in task bar .. CAMERA ALSO WORKS WITH AMSN BUT No sound ...
Rdesktop also...

I did
netsat -u it was sending on port 30176 ! not 30175 but in the config setings box I checked it and it was 30175 . So I clean installed and it seems to be fine . Funny...

Here is an update
There seems there still maybe a bug in minigpsd with gpsgate
After geting home and on my wifi or cell phone I can no longer update to gpsgate it was working just a few hours...

do not forward ports on your router is is not needed as it is only outbound . And with some routers after you forward ports it turns loopback off on the ports . clear any setings for gpsgate port you...

try and use TCP and see if that helps .. it is working in 0.31e I just tested it and it is working fine . I also use my cell phone number .

I did some more testing with my SD images and I think your may be the same . Check under your installed apps and search for " mini " if the old minigpsd-setup is there remove it ..after removing that...

3.1a installed now on os2008 with the latest OS update.
I rebooted it 3 times and it installed on the 3rd reboot .It looked like my list of apps was not updated .

0.31a. just gives me an unable to install .
And I do not have bluez-utils-test installed .It will not install with the ver 0osso6 of bluez-utils that is installed .

Yeah I may have messed that up I think mine was the same error but I had unstalled all bluez-utils .. Then did the update on my SD card then my interal flash then reinstalled my boot menu. eather way...
