Do you have Swap enabled? If so it sounds like a corrupt swap file. Take your memory card out and format it on your pc. See if that helps

would the outside address be the ip of your cable/dsl modem? because I port forwarded using ports 2819 and 2820 to my ISP's IP and I cant see a thing. All i get is a blank page.

Changing system sounds on n800
I wanted to know how to change the system ui sounds for my n800 running OS2008. I personally asked this question to General and he said to install the LCARS theme and look at the LCARS sound package....

What i mean is that if you hold the n800 with the screen facing you and you tilt it to the left, it sounds like a ball rolling to the left...and when you tilt it to the right, it sounds like the ball...

Its actually older than the N800 and the correct name for the "n770" is just plain ole 770. It is not an N-Series Device. :)
Its not a matter of speed, its a matter of files and libs that changed...

It installs on os2008 on my n800 but doesnt run. It says loading then it just does away and nothing happens. Tried running it from xterm and it said it couldnt load shared library libhildon.so.0...
