I too am having the same error.

I have no router at home.

This is happening when I try to connect through via free wifi sites like coffeehouses, etc.

I am having the same error message since I flashed to OS2008. Have you had any luck fixing the problem? If so, what can I do to my N800?

Ok, I am a complete newbie here.

Can someone explain the advantages of the soft powerdown; rather than just shutting it off and rebooting each time? Does it save battery life?
