Unhappy Application Manager Woes

messed up application installer not sure how but i was playing around with the blue and red pills! Anyway it does not list any packages and wont install anythinh.

help! cant use applcation manager which is not working because of “malformed line 3 in source list etc/apt/sources.list (dist parse)”

ordinarily that looks like something i could maybe edit or...
