Wayfinder support gave me my license number and diagnosed the problem. I had to flash the drive and clear the internal memory. Maps are working fine now. I was very happy with their service.

Phone support numbers are available after you put in the license number. I did a map update now Wayfinder opens and then closes immediately. Does anyone have the support numbers or could they get...
