Re: [Announce] SMS Bomb: Mass SMS Sender
Sorry, I'm no longer developing this App. HtheB indicated that he may take over development of the app, and try to port it to the N9.
And the source code is available if anyone else wants to work...

Re: [Announce] SMS Bomb: Mass SMS Sender
I unfortunately don't have my n900 anymore. Any chance someone could take a screenshot of this app for me, and post it here?
I would like to post a screenshot in the app catalog, but I don't have...

Re: [Announce] SMS Bomb: Mass SMS Sender
That is the amount of time in seconds that it waits between sending each message. I probably should add something after the text box that clarifies that.
To be perfectly honest though, I have...

Re: Nexus S Trade
I agree. I really enjoyed my n900, and got involved enough to write a few "apps" for it, and port some stuff over to extras-devel. My main reason for moving to android was for the google...

Re: Nexus S Trade
lol. Nope, I just wanted to move to android, and lstrike21 had just lost his n900, and wanted a new one. There was a slight amount of cash included in the trade to make it more even.

Re: [Announce] Yate SIP Server (Use GV via SIP)
About half way down this page (http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.telephony.yate/6300) it looks like the person is suffering from a similar issue.
Also, make sure you disable and then re-enable...

Re: [Announce] Yate SIP Server (Use GV via SIP)
I suffered from that same issue.
Since I tried locking the frequency of the n900 during calls, I really haven't had any problems. I noticed that the default kernel does this, but the power kernel...

Re: [Announce] Yate SIP Server (Use GV via SIP)
That's odd that it requires PR1.3. I'm not exactly sure why.
The CPU useage should be similar for incoming and outgoing calls. When I had yate hosted remotely it would transcode outgoing calls...

Re: [Announce] Yate SIP Server (Use GV via SIP)
Not a problem. Hopefully it can help other people that have issues.
A shot in the dark - you could try rebooting and see if that fixes anything.
Make sure you have gtalk enabled as a forwarding...

Re: [Announce] Yate SIP Server (Use GV via SIP)
Hmm. I wouldn't think PR1.1 would be an issue, but I guess it would be a possibility. I assume you stopped and then restarted yate after you re-ran gv-setup.sh?
Try stopping yate, then type...

Re: [Announce] Yate SIP Server (Use GV via SIP)
I am still waiting on a response from the maemo mailing list so I can get this in extras-devel. In the meantime you can use the deb package listed in the first post.
I made a script that sets up...

Re: [Announce] Yate SIP Server (Use GV via SIP)
This is using gmail call, so it won't need to call back. You setup yate to connect to google voice via jabber, and then you setup a sip account on the n900 to register to the yate server...

Re: Google Voice Calls via SIP
I'm having some success so far. I compiled the newest version of yate in scratchbox. I'm moving it over to my device right now to give it a shot. You run ./run -vvv when in the yate directory:
